Greentoys4u.com is operated out of Janesville, WI. View Map and is owned by Mid-State Equipment Inc., a multi-store John Deere Dealership.
Stores are located in the Wisconsin cities of Janesville, Columbus, Jackson, Prairie Du Sac and Watertown. Regular hours of operation at these locations M-F 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM and Saturdays 7:30-1:00 PM CST.
In an effort to reduce waste and overhead costs Mid-State Equipment believes in recycling. Most of our buildings are heated with recycled waste oil. Virtually all of our packing materials and boxes are salvaged from our incoming shipments.
So while your order is packed carefully, you won't be receiving a fancy box with our name printed on it. These practices not only reduce costs to you but help the planet also. Follow our lead and recycle today!

We at Greentoys4U.com pride ourselves on providing excellent customer service.
If you have questions about or problems with the products or services that you receive
please contact us within 30 days of receipt of your order at
websales@midstateequipment.com and we will aid you in a return or exchange.
All products are warranted by the manufacturer NOT Greentoys4u.com. Unless otherwise stated our
suppliers will not honor a warranty on any item for more than 30 days after sale date.
Payment Options
Greentoys4U.com will accept the following types of payment:
Visa or MasterCard Credit Cards
Personal debit cards bearing a Visa or MasterCard symbol.
(For transaction security reasons we CAN NOT accept gift cards, government issued debits cards
or any other type of debit or credit card that is not in the purchaser's name.)
If at any time you have a question about your account you can login and
view account history or contact customer service
via email.
Please supply your name, email address and order number if you have one.
We will be more then happy to help you with any of your concerns.
Taxes
We must collect sales tax for purchases made by persons who use a shipping address in the either of the following states:
Wisconsin State Tax 5.0% Illinois State Tax 6.25%
In addition to Wisconsin State Sales Tax, a County Sales Tax and/or Special Stadium Tax must also be applied to any order with a shipping address in any Wisconsin county.

All taxes are figured on the total purchase price.
Checking Order Status
To be able to check your order status you must first have an account with Greentoys4U.com.; this enables our secure payment feature.
To Receive an account for the first time, go to Customer Login, register as a New Customer and fill in all the required information.
Ordering by phone without a secure account set up is allowed but we encourage you to use our easy and secure account service.
Any information you enter WILL NOT be sold or used in any way that is not necessary for completing your sale.
We are registered with McAfee Secure
and are tested daily for internet security.
If you have a customer account already, login and it will show you all the order information and personal information that you have on file with Greentoys4U.com.
Inventory
All inventory on the Website is either on display in one of the Mid-State Equipment locations
or is available to order through a John Deere, Bobcat or Kubota or other Licensed Vendor.
If a customer orders an item that is not in stock it will either be ordered into the store or drop shipped
directly to the customer. In case of drop shipping, there will not be any extra cost to the customer.
In the case of drop shipping, your confirmation e-mail is your receipt unless you request one be mailed to you directly from Greentoys4u.com.
All toys are ordered quarterly, if a toy is shown out of stock there is a chance we may have one left so please
email us to find out if we can get that toy quicker.
Since all inventory is on display in our stores it is subject to sale at all our physical locations.
When a customer places an order and the piece is in stock it will be pulled from the shelf as soon as possible.
Items not in stock are from time to time suddenly discontinued by our suppliers. In that event, we will contact you via e-mail you and
ask that you contact us as soon as possible so we may offer a substitution or only ship available items from your order.
In the event something has sold out suddenly, the customer will receive an email from Greentoys4U.com administrator
informing them if the item is not in stock and asking them to contact us as soon as possible.
Shipping Addresses
Currently Greentoys4U.com will only allow customers in the United States to use the separate shipping address option.
If you are an International customer we will only ship to a billing address. (See note under International Customers.)
Order Processing
Processing your order can sometimes take between 3-4 business days.
If you have a specific deadline please include that in the order notes section when checking out
or call us as soon as possible to alert us to your particular situation.
We will try to accommodate special requests when possible.
Special orders can take up to 3-4 weeks for delivery though we will attempt to have
them to you within 10 business days.
International Customers
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMER ORDERS ARE HANDLED ON INDIVIDUAL BASIS VIA DIRECT CONTACT WITH THE GREENTOYS4U.COM MERCHANDISE COORDINATOR.
We suggest opening a shopping cart with your billing address and then contacting us via e-mail websales@midstateequipment.com to finalize the transaction. There will be a $12.00 handling charge on all Internaional Orders in addition to shipping costs.
Greentoys4U.com is NOT responsible for any international customs duties. Rates and government will vary widely. International customers will be responsible for all the duties upon arrival of your purchase.
