Q: Why won't my order process?
A: Your billing address MUST match the billing address of your credit or debit card, this is a security feature for your protection.
A: We only accept MasterCard and Visa credit cards or debit cards bearing either the MasterCard or Visa symbol.
Q: How soon will my order ship?
A: For instock items we attempt to ship all orders received by 10:00 A.M. Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) on the same day. Because we operate out of 5 locations there are times when there may be a day or 2 delay due to movement of stock. If possible we may ship direct from the site where the item is located.
Q: What is the availability of merchandise?
A: If an item on the site is marked at in stock "Y" or shows a quantity on hand we should have the item. Sometimes certain sizes and items may be suddenly out of stock as all items are on display for sale at our 5 locations. If there is going to be a significant delay (3+ business days before shipment) you will be notified via phone and/or e-mail. In the case of close-out/discontinued items if we have run out of stock we will notify you as soon as possible.
