Return Policy
If you are unhappy with your purchase, we will be glad to accept your return
provided your meet the following conditions:
*We must receive the item(s) within 30 days of the original shipping date.
*Return Item(s) must be in the new original condition.
*Toys must be in the original, undamaged package, with all items included.
*A copy of the receipt as well as the
return form
must be received with the merchandise.
How to return an item to Greentoys4U.com
1) Make sure the item(s) that you are returning fall under the Return Policy.
2) Print and fill out the return form.
3) Enclose all original receipts, return form and merchandise in your package and UPS to:

Greentoys4U.com is not responsible for the shipping costs on returns and exchanges.
Greentoys4U.com will only refund shipping charges if the return is in direct result
of an error made on behalf of Greentoys4U.com.
We are also not liable for any return items that are lost in transit.
If you are wanting to exchange an item we suggest you call us first (1-800-441-2027)
in order to make sure we will be able to honor your request.
The shipping for the exchanged item(s) will be charged to the customer.
Credits will be processed when we receive the merchandise and it has been approved for a return.
Please allow up to two billing cycles for the return credit to appear on your credit card statement.
