Return Policy
If you are unhappy with your purchase, we will gladly accept your return or exchange.
All returns must be received within 30 days of the original shipping date.
Only items returned within the 30 days will be considered for return.
International customer returns must be received within 40 days of original shipping date.
Greentoys4U.com is not responsible for the shipping costs on
returns and exchanges and no refunds will be given for shipping cost. Greentoys4U.com will only refund shipping charges if the return is
a direct result of an error made on behalf of Greentoys4U.com. We are also not liable for any items that are lost in transit.
Return Item(s) must be in the new original condition. Toys must be in the original, undamaged package, with all items included.
The original copy of the receipt as well as the return form must be received with the merchandise.
The shipping for the exchanged item(s) will be charged to the customer.
Credits will be processed when we receive the merchandise and it has been approved for a return. Please allow up to two billing cycles for the return credit to appear on your credit card statement.

1) Make sure the item(s) that you are returning fall under the return policy.
